17. Greek tortil as

This recipe is always a win.

Ingredients

Tortillas

1 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons cumin

1/4 cup lime juice

1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 lb. boneless chicken 1 teaspoon black pepper

1 large scallion

3 bell peppers

Directions

Whisk cayenne powder, cumin, lime juice and a half cup of oil in a bowl.

Sprinkle pepper and salt on the chicken.

Add to the lime juice mixture and toss.

Leave in the fridge to marinate for about an hour or two.

Heat the remaining oil in your skillet and add the chicken.

Cook until it turns golden.

Slice and add the scallion. Pour in the bell peppers and cook for five minutes.

Toss with chicken and serve alongside tortillas.
